Reflection on Portfolio:
Creating this portfolio of my work this semester has helped me see how far I have come as a teacher. I learned so much both in my field experience and in the seminar. I have gained new insights into the process of planning and carrying out lessons. I have come to understand my students so much better than I ever thought possible through the use of descriptive reviews. I have learned to use feedback in a way that informs my teaching. I will take all of these growing skills and understandings with me into my next teaching experience, and I cannot wait to start working on them again.
